You must give 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment or a 50% service fee will be applied to your card. No Shows will be charged 100% of missed service. Anyone more than 15 minutes late will be charged 100% of scheduled service and appointment will be cancelled. Applies to all services. Deposits are required for full sets of lashes and color services and are Non Refundable. If you cancel, are late or no show, you lose your deposit. I do accept foreign fills but you need at least 50% of lashes or you need to schedule a removal and new set. For lash services please show up to your appointment fresh faced without makeup on. Lashes are a service that takes time and products. No refunds will be offered for any services.
